We think Kermit the Frog had it right when he sang:

Green’s the color of spring
And green can be cool and friendly-like
And green can be big like a mountain
Or important like a river
Or tall like a tree

This spring break we’re running a series of programs about the colour green.  We’re looking at green paintings, and green poems.  We’re also going to delve into a number of environmental projects to green our neighbourhood and take a look at the role mosses and ivies play in our ecosystem.
